Operating Hours

Our (Fremont Warehouse) operating hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm; last will calls should arrive no later than 4:30pm. Warehouse lunch hours are from 11:45am to 12:30pm; if you are here for will call during that time frame, expect significant delays.

It is our goal to have the highest quality, the best value, the newest design, and the most satisfying service available for the price/category of merchandise offered.

Terms

Any of the open accounts is subject to the credit approval. Pricing based on F.O.B. Fremont, California. All orders are subject to Homelegance's acceptance.

Damaged Shipments

Any claims for damaged or lost merchandise must be made against the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, the number and the condition of the boxes must be checked. Homelegance is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.

Freight On Collect Basis

We guarantee that flat freight rate via reliable common carriers to certain areas.(call for details)

Defective & Returned Merchandise

If you are an end user who has purchased our furniture through a store, please go to your store for service. Homelegance, Inc. is a wholesaler and does not deal with end users directly.

Manufacturer defects or missing parts are to be claimed within 90 days upon receiving the merchandise. We will supply parts for most defective merchandise within 2-4 weeks upon claim. Returns, exchange, deduction requires strict prior authorization from our office. Returns are made in Homelgance's original box with all components & hardware intact. Customer damaged products, sold, or floor samples will not be allowed for return or exchange. There will be a 15% restocking fee upon return of undamaged goods.
